A limited warranty for two years from the date of purchase applies exclusively to HGE exhaust manifolds, risers, exhaust connectors, or other parts manufactured by H&H Marine Engine Service Ltd., (The “Manufacturer”)

Unless specifically indicated otherwise, the Manufacturer warrants this product against defects in workmanship and material for a period of two years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser, as indicated on the invoice.

At the Manufacturer’s sole discretion, the Manufacturer will either replace the HGE product, provide an equivalent substitution, or repair the product, or any part thereof, which in the Manufacturer’s judgment is found to be defective. The original purchaser is required to provide the original invoice, a written report, and a short video clip or photos showing the defective areas, and submit them to the Manufacturer at the address printed on the invoice or via email to the Manufacturer’s email address. The Manufacturer will respond to the initial claim report by email or phone call within 7 business days, except during winter holiday office closures.

The Manufacturer does not rebate or reimburse the cost incurred by the purchaser for purchasing other replacement parts without prior authorization or written permission.

The return freight charge for the alleged defective part will be the responsibility of the purchaser if the Manufacturer determines that the part is non-defective. However, if the part is found to be defective, the Manufacturer will refund the full amount as indicated on the purchaser's receipt.

The Manufacturer’s obligations under this warranty do not include any costs of removal, damage to the engine, or reinstallation. Furthermore, this warranty shall not apply if:

• The product has been misused, abused, altered, neglected, or improperly installed.
• Repair work by anyone other than the Manufacturer has caused the defect.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by heat or frozen cracks, the electrolysis process (especially for aluminum products), or products used in racing or high-performance applications. This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, if this product is specifically excluded or used for commercial purposes, rental, or other income-producing activities, the duration of this warranty shall be three months from the date of purchase.

The Manufacturer reserves the right to improve its products through changes in design or materials without being obligated to incorporate such changes into products previously manufactured, and to make changes at any time in design, materials, or parts of products without incurring any obligation or liability to owners of products previously manufactured.

The warranties set forth above are the sole express warranties made by the Manufacturer with respect to this product or any part thereof.
